Hi There!

Updated: Jul 20, 2022

I am so glad that you are here at Endurance Nutrition where you will learn to fuel your body for race day and every day. Let me tell you a little about myself so you know what you can expect to see around here.

The Who: My name is Kayla and I'm a Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I started my career in a clinical setting, transitioned into private practice, and then branched out to start Endurance Nutrition. I live in Charleston, South Carolina with my family and I love being outside: fishing, going to the beach, paddle boarding. I am an avid trail runner and have completed several ultras. I started doing CrossFit a little over a year ago and although it was a little scary in the beginning, I have really grown to love it and see the positive impact it's had on my running.

The What: I provide 1:1 nutrition counseling virtually via a HIPAA compliant platform called Healthie. We've been taught that less food is better and a smaller body is better but all that usually leads to is feelings of guilt-->restriction --> cravings --> binges on repeat. I can help you break free from that cycle and find the freedom to fuel your body in a way that feels easy and makes you feel your best, whether you're trying to get through the work day or a 100 mile race. I love working with athletes to fine tune fueling plans for longer workouts/runs and race/competition day. We'll work together to come up with a plan that will have you crushing whatever you have next! If working with a Dietitian 1:1 isn't for you-- I have several courses, workbooks, membership (includes monthly Q&A, masterclasses, discounts and more), meal planning service and small group coaching options available as well.

My goal as a health care provider is to provide different services at a variety of price points in order to be able to provide nutrition services to more of you!

If you're ready to get started or want to learn more, book a Free 15-Minute Intro Call and let's chat!
